What will happen after I have placed my order?
You will receive an email from us when you place your order and most orders are sent on the same day we receive them, excepting weekends, UK holidays and seasonal holidays.
You can also log in to My Account and view your orders progress.
How much does delivery cost in the UK?
Our Standard shipping for UK will not require a signature or tracking.
Orders for UK Addresses are posted Royal Mail, First Class.
Orders under £10 are charged at £2 per order.
Orders over £10 are FREE.
Orders over £25 are sent via Royal Mail, First Class Signed For.
How much does it cost to ship my purchase internationally?
For orders placed for deliveries outside the UK, please get in touch via email and we can let you know shipping costs. From there we will send you a simple payment request to get your order shipped once payment has been received.
My parcel has not arrived yet. Who should I contact?
We aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. You can log in to My Account and view your order status. All orders are sent Royal Mail, First Class. Larger orders over £25 will be sent via Royal Mail, First Class, Signed For.
